In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.
MARKETING PERIOD
It is established by the oenologist in relation to the optimal characteristics of the product. In any case not before the month of May of the year following the year of vinification.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel winemakers.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red with bright purple hues. Wide aromas of red fruit and fine spicy notes. Good structure, soft, balanced and with good persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS
An ideal companion for typical Mediterranean cuisine, it pairs well with first courses with meat sauces and grilled red and white meats. Excellent with various medium-aged cheeses.
