  • All wines offered are genuine, legally imported and stored under appropriate conditions.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.

 

Orders

  • An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or issue a refund for the affected item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone under the age of 18, or from customers who do not comply with the regulations governing the sale of alcohol.

 

Prices and Taxes

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT.

  • No additional customs duties or import charges apply to the customer.

 

Responsibility

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather conditions, courier service disruptions).
