Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.
MARKETING PERIOD
January of the year following the harvest year.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow with bright greenish hues. Varietal with aromas of exotic fruit, banana and delicate notes of yellow flowers. Fresh, Soft and pleasant. Medium body and good persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it also pairs well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
