VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Traditional red wine with maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel winemakers.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red. Herbaceous scents and light spicy notes blend with aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, harmonious, medium-bodied and good persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Appetizers, first courses in red sauce, meat-based second courses, semi-mature cheeses.
