Shipping Policy

We want your experience of purchasing Italian wines with us to be as smooth as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about deliveries and returns.

Shipping

Where we deliver:
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. No customs duties or import taxes apply: all wines are shipped directly from our UK warehouse.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared within 3–7 working days of payment.

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 working days

  • Express delivery: 3–5 working days

During peak periods (such as Christmas), delivery may take longer.

Shipping costs

  • Standard delivery: £6.90

  • Express delivery: £9.90

  • Free delivery on orders over £100

The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Packaging
We use safe and protective packaging, designed specifically for glass bottles, to ensure your wines arrive securely.

Age verification
The sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are permitted only to customers aged 18 or over. Couriers may request a valid photo ID upon delivery. If proof of age cannot be provided, the delivery will not be completed.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged
We make every effort to ensure your bottles arrive in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info.exposhopitalialtd@gmail.com, providing your order number and photos. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

If you change your mind
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law. To do so:

Once received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products not in their original packaging.

Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
