PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

TERRAINS
Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.

MARKETING PERIOD
January/February of the year following the harvest.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow with golden notes. Aromas of yellow fruit blend with floral and balsamic notes. Savoury taste, good structure and long persistence.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it also pairs well with delicate meat-based dishes and vegetables. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
