    In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

    TERRAINS
    Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.

    MARKETING PERIOD
    It is established by the oenologist in relation to the optimal characteristics of the product. In any case not before the month of April/May of the year following the year of vinification.

    VINIFICATION AND REFINING
    Traditional red wine with maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel winemakers.
