Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Cherry red with bright purple hues. Intense fruity aroma, delicate oral notes and hints of wild berries and black cherry. Good structure, soft, fresh and balanced.
