From selected bunches of Verduzzo grapes, left on the vine until fully ripe, this white wine delicately sweet, agreeable, full, slightly tannic.
Excellent pairing with any pastries or cakes, and mature cheeses.

The grapes underwent a brief cryomaceration in stainless steel before being gently pressed. Fermentation continued until the desired residual sugar level was reached. The wine then remained in stainless steel until bottling.
Tasting notes
Color: Golden yellow.
Aroma: Intense, fruity with a broad aromatic bouquet reminiscent of dried fruit (walnuts and hazelnuts). Its enveloping plum nectar.
Flavor: Gently sweet, savory, full-bodied, vigorous, slightly tannic.
