    90% Glera – 10% Pinot Noir

    Vinification

    Fermentation in stainless steel, on selected yeasts and at controlled temperature, is followed by sparkling wine making according to the Charmat method.

    Tasting notes

    Color: Soft, bright pink shade. 

    Bouquet: The floral notes of the Glera grape and the red fruitiness of the Pinot Noir grapes stand out. Delicate and fragrant.

    Flavor: Fine perlage. On tasting, refined hints of both floral and fruit are again appreciated. A very sweet tannin stands out, balancing the softness of its being extra dry, inviting immediate re-tasting. Freshness and persistence stand out.
