    TERRAINS
    Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.

    VINIFICATION AND REFINING
    Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
