    In the heart of the province of Chieti in Abruzzo, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

    TERRAINS
    Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, mostly clayey-calcareous.

    MARKETING PERIOD
    January/February of the year following the harvest.

    VINIFICATION AND REFINING
    Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

    ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
    Straw yellow color with golden notes. Aromas of fresh yellow and ripe fruit, fine balsamic and floral notes. Good structure and long persistence.

    FOOD PAIRINGS
    Ideal with all seafood dishes, especially raw fish and seafood. It also pairs well with delicate meat-based dishes, vegetables and fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
