Perfect with cold cuts, starters and various cheeses, vegetable soups, first courses with tomato sauce and roast meat.

    PRODUCTION AREA
    In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea, where the climate is particularly favourable, aired and with optimal temperature ranges.

    TERRAIN
    Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

    SELLING PERIOD
    Although this wine has great structure and complexity, it is ready to drink a few months after harvest thanks to its freshness and softness.

    VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
    Maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel fermentation tanks. Bottled young after brief ageing in stainless steel tanks.
