MARKETING PERIOD
It is established by the oenologist in relation to the optimal characteristics of the product. In any case not before the month of April/May of the year following the year of vinification.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Traditional red wine with maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel winemakers.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red. Intense aromas of ripe fruit, with herbaceous hints and fine spicy notes. Harmonious taste with sweet and velvety tannins, good persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Appetizers, first courses in red sauce, meat-based second courses, semi-mature cheeses.
