In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

TERRAINS
Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.

MARKETING PERIOD
From January of the year following the harvest.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Cherry red with bright purple hues. Intense fruity aromas, delicate floral notes and nuances of banana and black cherry. Good structure, soft, fresh and balanced.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Cold cuts, pizza, white meats, grilled vegetables, fish soup, tripe, fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.

ALCOHOL CONTENT
12.5% ​​alc./vol.

Available with both traditional flush cap and BVS screw cap.
