VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow with bright greenish hues. Pleasant fruity aromas of exotic fruit combine with delicate floral notes. Good structure, fresh, savoury and balanced.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it also pairs well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
