PRODUCTION AREA
In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.
TERRAINS
Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.
MARKETING PERIOD
January/February of the year following the harvest.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow color with greenish notes. Persistent and fruity aroma, with citrus notes. Good structure, excellent freshness, full and intense flavor.
FOOD PAIRINGS
All fish-based dishes, shellfish and seafood, even raw, fresh cheeses, white meats. Excellent as an aperitif.

12% alc./vol.

Available with both traditional flush cap and BVS screw cap.
