    Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

    SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
    Pale yellow with bright green hues. Varietal with aromas of exotic fruit, banana and delicate notes of yellow owers. Fresh, soft and pleasant. Medium body with good persistence.
